Description

Mini-fincas such as "Na Mikeleta" are not easy to find on Mallorca, even less so if it's such a cute specimen like this one. This is why we are incredibly happy to be able to offer another attractive villa for up to three people. Especially one that is situated in an incredible location in nature and not at all far from the sea. Surrounded by a diverse landscape of forest and fields, we find the over 21,000 m² property close to the centre of Capdepera, near the route to Son Servera. Abundant original surfaces, a decorative and lightly raised lawn area with the oval pool, an inviting and partly covered terrace by the house, as well as trees providing lots of natural shade, characterise the gorgeous outdoor area of this villa. Lounge chairs and a BBQ grill add to the customary comfort needed for an all-around carefree day on the villa. The terrace is a great spot to eat all your meals in warm weather while enjoying the view of the greenery. Otherwise take advantage of the opportunity to lie beneath the Mediterranean sky and perhaps just do nothing - after all, you are on holiday.

The delicate villa itself is one of those rare properties that only have one double bedroom. Experience has shown that small atmospheric properties such as this are ideal for a couple who have planned their own individual holiday with quality time for each other. When entering the house's interior from the terrace, you end up in an open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge. Light wall and furniture colours, matching ceiling beams and floor tiles, as well as the imposing natural stone wall, radiate a cosy and very stylish flair. The living area offers a cosy sitting space with a wood-burning stove and satellite TV. The superbly furnished kitchen, with the usual repertory of appliances, is perfect for people who have consciously opted for a self-catering holiday. You can reach the double bedroom through an open-plan passageway. A bright en-suite bathroom with shower and the original stone washbasin makes the compact interior of this charming villa complete.

Mallorca's east coast offers a variety of different sceneries. And although the villa is in a rural location, the most beautiful, natural beaches in Mallorca such as Cala Torta or Cala Mesquida, are just a short drive away because of the villa's proximity to various roads. If you are looking for variety, then take an excursion into the surrounding mediaeval villages of Artà and Capdepera, which feature a lovely farmers' market on Tuesdays or Wednesdays respectively. Meanwhile, you can find entertainment and a party mood in Cala Ratjada, the popular harbour town with its bars, clubs, and restaurants along the picturesque harbour promenade.
