Cozy perfectly equipped villa has 500 m2 distributed on two floors. On the upper floor there is a spacious living room with views of the Bay of Palma, a toilet, large fully equipped kitchen with access to a terrace and a "winter" barbecue. Two double bedrooms with terrace and bathroom en suite. On the ground floor next to the pool, large living room with TV, kitchen with dishwasher and refrigerator. Pool table, ping-pong and foosball, four bedrooms (two of them with bathroom en suite, a double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds). There are several games (chess, parchís, cards, poker, etc ...) to spend good moments in family. Also for those who want to enjoy a good book or nap, there are cotton hammocks between the trees. On the terrace next to the pool you will find the barbecue "summer" and a toilet, that retains the Mallorcan style so endearing.
In the garden there is also a goal to play football and a basket of basketball. As a feature we must add that both the common areas and the rooms are very spacious.
CHILDREN POOL SECURITY. With SAFETY TURTLE, in the event that a child falls into the pool, the alarm is activated for maximum peace of mind of the parents. System consisting of a bracelet with child safety clasp, which, in contact with water, transmits an acoustic signal to the receiving station (unit of caregivers).
And for the little ones, there is a plastic pool so they can cool off.
We also provide baby changing room with an intercom with a radius of 300 meters, and a small playground.
You can enjoy the whole house. In it you will find 1 toilet, 4 en suite bathrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 toilet, 6 bedrooms, a living room of 70 m2 aprox, and in the lower part a living room of about 100 m2 with access to the pool, with kitchen Type office equipped with minifridge, nespresso machine and a dishwasher. Two barbecues, one called the "winter" barbecue because it is located on the terrace next to the kitchen, and the "summer" barbecue by the pool. Playground, with billiards, ping-pong, table games, stereo, movies .... In the garden you will have, a goal to play football, hammocks, deck chairs.
On the day of arrival we will wait for you at the property to facilitate your accommodation. We will provide you with local and island information to make your stay more pleasant by providing an interactive map with QR code that will geolocate the most interesting places, being very easy to use through the mobile.
In addition we will give you with a welcome pack of local products so that you begin to know our gastronomy;)
-Only accept families and couples over 30 years.
-We will request by email the Passport or Identity Card data of all guests of legal age.
-The Check-in is done by appointment between 4:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. (we are flexible in case there is not an exit that day, upon request and subject to availability), for that reason, we request that at the time of confirming the reservation, we provide schedules and flight number of arrival and departure, the departure is at 10:00.
-The day of arrival will be charged the Ecotasa in cash, consisting of € 2 per person per night. Children under 16 are exempt.
-Not allowed parties or events, or bring guests who do not belong to the reserve.
\- Smoking is not allowed inside the property, only on the terraces or gardens and use the ashtray.
\- Bath towels can not be used in the pool or on the beach, nor can it be used to remove make-up.
\- A responsible use of air conditioning is requested, turn it off when leaving the house and use it with the windows and doors closed.
-The pool lights are with timer and turn off at 23:00.
Sa Cabaneta is located in a cozy village, close to all major points in the island, with easy access to two highways that connect with the whole island. Furthermore, this village boasts one of the Mallorcan pottery traditions of great historical importance in Majorca, the famous "Siurells" and the cradle of one of the most traditional island drinks "Ron Amazona" with more than 50 years of history. Very close to 15 min by car, there is a golf course, equestrian center, the famous Festival Park Outlet, the best restaurants in the Michelin Guide, are a 10 minute driving.
