There are three smart TVs - 2 with cable, a full size washer and dryer, high speed WiFi, a one car garage and private driveway to park two cars.

As pet lovers ourselves, we welcome well-trained, housebroken dogs as allowed by the HOA - 2 dog maximum up to 50 pounds combined weight.
Property located on Waterside Lane within the community with a mangroves view. Our HOA requires a minimum one month stay and a rental application to be completed ahead of time.
