Perched on the shore of the sparkling Sea of Cortez lies this exquisite three-bedroom villa that’s just steps away from the sandy beach and pool. With breathtaking views and effortless beach and pool access, Villa 5 is the oceanfront oasis you’ve been dreaming about. Completely remodeled and filled with designer accents and high-end furnishings, this elegant, luxurious villa has a lovely, laid-back, beachy vibe— creating the perfect place for an unforgettable seaside escape.

In the grand great room, the living and dining areas are completely open and spacious— ideal for socializing and conversation. Sleek modern craftsmanship blends with classic, old-world details like arched doorways, grand pillars, and curved walls. A buttery-soft Copenhagen leather sectional sofa and two armchairs face the 86-inch HDTV with surround sound. This is the perfect spot to curl up with a great movie and a bowl of popcorn in the evenings. Nearby, a glass dining table has seating for six.

An arched opening leads into the fully-equipped kitchen. Gleaming granite countertops and polished wood cabinets create an efficient yet stylish space to brew the morning coffee or prepare an intimate dinner. High-end appliances include a spacious refrigerator, built-in oven, microwave, range top, and dishwasher. A convenient peninsula bar has casual seating for three.

Three peaceful bedrooms provide plenty of flexible sleeping space for up to 12 ** people. In the sumptuous master suite, a comfy, memory foam king-size bed is made up of hotel-quality white linens and faces a large, wall-mounted HDTV. A sectional sofa makes a comfortable spot to relax or converts into an optional sleeping space for two children. Glass doors showcase the stunning ocean views and lead out to the sun-kissed patio. The ensuite master bathroom includes a double marble vanity and a spa-like, step-in shower. The two remaining bedrooms each have cozy queen-over-queen bunk beds.

Additional features at Villa 5 include a full garage, a front-loading washer and dryer, and lots of board games and puzzles. Smart TV's for streaming your favorites (account logins not provided). This unit also includes beach chairs and umbrellas. Convenient USB outlets are located throughout the villa for easy device charging.

Las Palmas Resort is located on Sandy Beach in Puerto Penasco, (Rocky Point), Mexico. The resort features beachfront homes and condos for vacation rental. The private resort is a gated-community with full-time security, 3 pools, waterslide, clubhouse, restaurant, belly-up bar and a spectacular oceanfront view of the Sea of Cortez.

• The person whose name is on the reservation must be present to receive key unless prior written arrangements have been made. Person who’s name appears on reservation must have a valid photo ID.
• No pets of any kind are permitted. Smoking in the units is not permitted. Offenders are subject to loss of security deposit.
• No fireworks are permitted on the property.
• ATVs are not allowed on Sandy Beach. You may bring your ATV’s and trailers, but it at the discretion of management as to where a trailer may be parked based on occupancy of resort. Only Las Palmas guests are permitted on the property.
• Loud music and or rowdiness is not allowed on the property. Room occupancy limits are enforced and management reserves the right to distribute and require rental guests to wear wrist bands indicating they are a paid guest.
• Pool rules are posted and must be followed.
• Pools and hot tubs are not heated year-round. During the winter season, at least one pool and one hot tub will be heated but not all pools and hot tubs will be heated during off-season. Pool schedules are determined by the Home Owner’s Association and management can not alter the routine.
• Pool and hot tub rules are posted throughout the resort and must be followed by all Resort guests and owners. The negative edge beach pool is ADULT only (18 years and older).The rule applies to both sides of the pool
• Water and electrical outages do occur on occasion in Puerto Penasco. Such inconveniences are not limited to Las Palmas Beach Resort and as such management will not offer any restitution should such an event occur.
