Our Casa 14 is spacious charmingly furnished four bedrooms, can accommodate up to 13 guests with 2 king beds, a queen bed, a double bed, a single twin bed and 2 Sleeper Sofas with three private baths, A gourmet kitchen, laundry room, and a delightfully furnished living area with a Smart TV television with internet. Las Palmas resort amenities include WIFI throughout the resort, the Spa, Fitness room, Pool Bar, Restaurant/Bar, 24/7 Security guards. The grounds include 6 pools and 6 Jacuzzi's from Family Friendly to Adult Only. Relax in our wonderful home that serves as an oasis for vacationers seeking pleasure and tranquility by the emerald colored sea. There are handicap ramps from the bedroom and great room to the patio, as well as in the master bath shower. The owner of Villa does not allow a barbecue or grill of any type on their patio, there is however a charcoal grill located on the side of the villa for guest use. Additionally, for the comfort of our guests, the thermostats can be reduced to a maximum AC low of 72 degrees an during those warm summer days.
***Note this property has more beds and sleeping arrangements than the listed permitted max occupancy, which is limited by the Resort.
