Our beautiful vacation home above the roofs of Nerezine is generously furnished for up to 8 people and has a living space of approx. 210m². A separate subdivision is also possible. This romantic house is surrounded by beautiful nature, far away from the noise and stress of everyday life. The first floor and first floor are connected by an external staircase, while the floors are accessed via internal staircases. ⠀

Between the sun, the scent of lavender and olive oil lies the island of Losinj, the Island of Vitality. The island is adjacent to the island of Cres, which has been a small archipelago since ancient times and is also one of the most beautiful Adriatic islands in Croatia. The island can be reached by car ferry or via Pula / Rijeka airport + 2 hours by car. The island has over 12,000 different flowers, herbs and medicinal plants and is known for its 300 days of sunshine a year. Crystal clear water, regional fish specialties and quality wines put a smile on the face of every visitor who will keep this island in positive memory for a long time.

This offer is for our 8 person house which is marked with a blue arrow for you in the pictures.

This house is completely independent from our smaller house next door and can be used separately. It has its own entrances as well as its own balcony + terrace facing the sunny garden side. The 2000 m² garden, the stone cricket area, car / boat parking spaces, garden terrace (steps) are common areas that may be used by all guests.

It is also possible to rent both houses on request if you intend to use the entire property for up to 15 people. We look forward to welcoming you as our new guests in Croatia and will be happy to answer any questions you may have!
