The interior surface is 50sq.m on the ground floor and 25 on the upper loft, a large terrace surrounds the house, and the whole property lies on one hectare of landscaped estate. In the distance, during the clear windy days, the eyes space to the horizon and the sea, to the islands of Ischia, Ponza and Ventotene.
