Villa Tika is located in the small hamlet of Jadreški, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but still well connected to the city center of Pula.
The two storey villa is furnished in a modern style, light and airy with large windows and glass doors. This villa has floor heating, and it is also comfortable for cold weather periods. The open ground floor consists of a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom. On the first floor there are three comfortable bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms from where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding area.
It will definitely not be boring, you have the possibility to play billiard, table football, badminton or table tennis.
Just 200 meters away you have a football field and a basketball court. The balls for football and basketball is available in the villa.
In the garden there is a beautiful inviting pool which can be heated and sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing. Just a few steps away is a covered outdoor dining area with a gas grill where you can prepare delicious meals for your family and friends. For our young guests we have a nice kids park with slide and swing. This villa promises beautiful moments and memories with family and friends.
