Holiday home on the outskirts of Palenciana, province of Cordoba, Andalucia.

This spacious country house is set 500 metres from the town of Palenciana, which helps you relax in the quiet countryside and have the facilities of the town at hand. Provided with all comforts, this spectacular house is the perfect holiday destination for a group of 12 people, who will also be able to bring a four-legged friend with them, thanks to the 2.5-mt-high wall that encloses the whole property.

Inside the house, you will find rustic furniture that has been recently restored, as its rural features have been kept and modern finishing touches have been added to create a harmonious contrast typical of the most authentic Andalusian holiday homes. The house's common areas feature an enormous dining-living room that shares space with the open kitchen. You will find two dining tables in two separate rooms and a cosy lounge area by the fireplace, which ensures relaxing moments for the whole family. Besides, the house relies on three bathrooms with a shower each, and six bedrooms. Three of them are equipped with one double bed each, while the other three are furnished with two twin beds each.

Warm/cool air-con is provided in all six bedrooms.

The lovely patio welcomes several corners where you can rejoice in the warm sunshine and fresh breeze of the countryside, and have your privacy respected thanks to the wall that encloses the 3,500-sq-mt plot. The patio features an area for "al fresco" dining and a BBQ, which allow you to prepare delicious meals and enjoy them in the shadow of the pergola. And of course, don't miss out on the private pool (located about 20 metres from the house, on the same plot), in which you can refresh when the temperatures rise, as you spot the countryside and smooth hills that surround the house.

The access to the house is possible via a 500-mt unpaved lane, from the town of Palenciana.
