This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is located in an elevated position on the North Course with spectacular views across La Manga Club and the Mar Menor sea. South west facing, this villa is filled with all day natural sunlight and also has plenty of shade depending on your preference. The large terrace has a large pool with views across La Manga Club. There is also a top terrace which has views across to La Manga and the sea.
The villa has 3 large bedrooms all en suite with bath and shower. The main bedroom is located on the first floor and there is a large lounge with a huge sofa with views out onto the pool and terrace. There are two dining areas, one adjacent to the lounge and another in the kitchen leading out to the pool and terrace.
