Description
Renovated in 2012, our wonderful holiday home remains very precious to us. The calm and relaxing environment gives you the perfect holiday feeling. The house has a modern cozy look, with beautiful pieces of art, decoration and solid wooden furniture. Covered patio gives shade and stunning views. The well maintained garden is full of flowers and Tuscan herbs. Swimming pool 4x10m. The closest village, medieval Pereta is only 3 kms away and has 3 wonderful restaurants. Magliano in Tuscany is 6 kms from our house and a very nice little town with all the shops you need; bakery, butcher, supermarket and a pharmacy. The Maremma is the cultural heart of the Butteri, Etruscans. Wonderful nature (bird parks) around us. And of course the Archipelago or Monte Argentario and the Tyrrenian Sea (20 minutes by car)!
We prefer a maximum of 4 adults and 4 children.
