in salento and from the beaches of Gallipoli.
The swimming pool area, which offers the possibility to have also the swimming pool is semi-heated and is framed by the solarium furnished
with sun loungers and seating, and is complete with private bathroom
and outdoor shower. A view of the swimming pool there is a veranda, where you can dine in the open, preparing barbecues and the bbq.

From the veranda, which is located at mezzanine, access to the interior of Villa Era through the large windows. The living is
furnished with a spacious dining room, cooking corner with kitchen and
living room for relaxing with a large sofa and tv. On this floor, the
sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom with en suite shower bathroom, 2
other bedrooms, 1 additional bathroom, shower, and laundry. From the
rooms you can admire a nice view of the rose garden.

just 2 km away. Very nearby is also the city of Rochdale, bustling commercial center, about 3 km. The beaches of Gallipoli, in particular the beaches of Green Bay, you are just 13 km away, while the seaside town of Torre Suda is about 16 km away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Mandatory towels fee: euro 25 per person per week to pay upon arrival.

- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.

- Semi-heated pool available from May to October.
- Extra of euro 55 to pay upon arrival for daily cleaning each 2 days.
- Some bedrooms are on the basement floor.
