Description

Farmhouse located in the rural center of La LLavinera, in the municipality of Sant Pere Sallavinera, in the Anoia region (Alta Anoia), in the center of Catalunya.
This nucleus is mentioned in the thirteenth century. Stresses the church of Sant Jordi (1626).
Cal Grau is a sample of traditional folk architecture.

The house was reformed in 1874 with the purpose of responding to the needs of the agricultural - livestock exploitation. Today, restored respecting its original structure, it has been adapted to offer a pleasant, comfortable and quiet stay to the visitor.

The house is spacious. Allows the enjoyment of the rooms: rooms, living room, kitchen, home of lenya, bathrooms, living room and terrace.
Outside we find the era. From here we can see magnificent views. The nearest landscape is the cultivated land, bounded by lines of enzymes and oaks.

Next to La Llavinera we find the Boixadors Castle (11th century), representative symbol of these lands.

Cal Grau is the starting point for many excursions.
