The beach in Follonica is only 47 kms away. San Gimignano is 52 kms ,Montalcino 63 and Florence 90 kms.
There are numerous villages in the area and many good restaurants, the nearest is at walking distance in Palazzetto (1 km).

The ground floor consists of a spacious dining/living room with fireplace and a French door leading to the terrace; a kitchen (10 rings cooker, oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine); tv room and a toilette. There are four specular apartments: two on the first and two on the second floor. Each consists of a living room with kitchen corner (oven, cooker, fridge/freezer) and double sofa bed or 2 single beds; one double bedroom (queen size bed); one bathroom with shower. All the apartments have traditional features such as brick ceilings with beams and terracotta floors.
