Tastefully decorated bedrooms and a large bathroom with bath and separate shower can be found to the first floor of the property. The property also boasts a double bedroom to the ground floor for your convenience. On the ground floor you will find a large light and airy kitchen dining area along side a utility and boot room perfect to store boots after exploring the area. The living room has the all-important wood burner with patio doors leading out to the patio. What else could you ask for?
Step outside to the wonderful open views and you are greeted with a fantastic private hot tub area where you can enjoy the bubbles! The Derbyshire village of Church Broughton is situated just 10 minutes south of Ashbourne and offers various walking and cycling routes from the front doorstep. Within easy reach from the cottage are numerous attractions and traditional towns to explore. The cobbled lanes of the market town of Ashbourne are inviting as are the interesting shops and fantastic selection of tea rooms and restaurants. A must to visit is the National Trusts Dove Dale Valley, a renowned beauty spot offering excellent walking and cycling routes amongst spectacular scenery. For the thrill seekers an exhilarating day at Alton Towers is just a short drive away and not to be missed. Many of the historic houses are also within easy reach such as Haddon Hall and Chatsworth House along with Matlock, Matlock Bath and Bakewell.
