The private garden which surround the property is perfectly maintained and include a beautiful private swimming pool equipped with umbrella and sun lounges, there is also an external shower. Facing the pool there is a covered patio which includes a large dining table with chairs a perfect spot for al fresco meal also thanks to the built-in stone barbeque. There is a second covered area equipped with elegant garden sofas and chairs.

Trulli Sunrise on its inside is a mix of tradition and modernity owner restored the property in order to provide its guests a luxury and relaxing stay, the entrance leads to a large and bright open space which includes a living area equipped with sofas, Tv Satellite, a dining area with large table and chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, a microwave, fridge and freezer, espresso machine, etc.
From the living area a corridor leads to the night area where is the first suite with double beds, and a second queen bed, and a private bathroom with shower. On the left side of the living a second corridor where are two additional bedrooms each with double beds and ensuite bathroom with shower.
The villa is fully air conditioned, there is internet wifi, a laundry with washing machine and owner provided bikes for guest disposals.

Neighborhood and surrounding:
The property is located between Ceglie Messapica and San Michele Salentino, the villa’s guest can easily reach several location of the region, such as Ostuni, Olberobello, Locorotondo, towns full of traditions where people can either enjoy the history and local food. The coasts are also easy to reach the Adriatic Sea is about 15 km away from the villa.

A 40% deposit is required upon confirmation; the final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival.
Check-in: from 3pm to 8pm; Checkout: 10am
There will be an extra fee to be paid in case of late arrival between 20:00 to 22:00 Euro 50.00 and from 22:00 to 24:00 Euro 80.00, it is not admitted arrival after 24:00.

Security deposit (Refundable): Euro 600.00; to be paid by Credit card easy rent policy with ceiling from 1500 to 5000
