The people staying in the country house can leave the country house at 12:00 on the leaving day but on the arriving day the time the people can go inside the house is subjected to the time i need to make the house clean and ready for them. I ask your understanding and patience on your arriving day.

Holidayvillainibiza is a very special property. It’s located 5 min driving to Santa eularia , but far enough to enjoy the tranquility of Spanish country side, The Villa has got a very unique feel of magical garden. It is possible to rent my country house for the autumn and winter months but no more (that is until april 2016).In the main house there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a sitting room, a big kitchen and a dinning room. In an atachment to the main house there is another bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Besides in the back there is a little charming guest house (one very big bedroom, a kitchen and a modern bathroom). The winter price will be different according to where you would like to stay :
-Option 1: The main house
-Option 2: The main house and the attachment with another bedroom and bathroom
-Option 3: The little guest house
-Option 4: The main house, the guest house and the attachment (all in all 5 double bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms).
