The villa covers an area of 202 m2 on two floors and the rooms are air-conditioned. On the ground floor there is an open area of the kitchen, dining room and living room with access to the terrace and sun deck, as well as one toilet.
On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with a bathroom and a sauna, and two more double rooms with a bathroom, one of which has a couch that can accommodate two more people. In the villa there is also baby cot available.
Parking for 3 cars is located in the courtyard of the villa and as the entrance to the courtyard is under video surveillance.
