This special property is situated on the sunset side of Rarotonga (on the lee side of the island) in Aroa (Arorangi district), Rarotonga's sheltered west coast famed for its sunsets. Our lovely Aroa Beach is just an easy 3 minute stroll away to all-tide swimming and sensational snorkelling, whale watching (July-October), beautiful white sands beach and crystal clear lagoon. For peace of mind, Aroa is a very safe beach fringed by waves breaking out onto the distant reef.
This home away from home is modern and offers a nice blend of comfort and convenience with its 3-bedrooms, light and airy spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living room, which is screened for insect protection. Equipped with TV and DVD player. Two bathrooms, outside shower, sparkling private dipping pool, shady front verandah sheltered for all weather conditions to enjoy a BBQ, please note the pool is not fenced. The property also contains a large flat lawn for more entertainment and games. With three large bedrooms you have the choice of a king, queen or 2 singles. The main bedroom has an ensuite and is separated from the other bedrooms for peace and quiet from other guests and children. Pricing includes up to 4 people, the house can accommodate up to 6 for an extra charge per person. There is a minimum 7 nights stay per booking for the villa.
So handy to everything from the nearby supermarket which will have all your grocery needs, Mini Golf, to the bustling town with its Saturday market, a must for food, crafts, clothes and atmosphere and everything in between.
A rental car is advisable for driving and exploring the back road or take the bus which passes every hour to go around the island at the end of street or maybe just chill out on the deck with a book and glass of wine enjoy your stay.
We the owners have lived and worked in the pacific Islands for the last 38 years and are now retired, returning time and again to Rarotonga our favourite home.
