Villa Fiore is a private villa with pool in Umbria located just 2km from the historic center of Spello. This beautiful medieval village is popular for Infiorate, a festive time during which streets are decorated with flower carpets. The villa is located in a quiet setting and allows to easily reach the most important sight places of Umbria such as Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Montefalco and Bevagna. The property is fully fenced and offers a lovely swimming pool surrounded by a large well-kept garden.
The villa is on two levels. The ground floor consists of an open space with living area and kitchen, a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms (beds can be joined in one room), bathroom with shower and bathroom with bathtub. An external staircase leads to a basement with kitchen, double sofa bed and toilet.
