The firs one, shadowy and flowery, stands on the street's side leading to the entrance of the house and the second one, tiled,with outdoor furnishing (table, chairs, rolling sun blind and electrical barbecue) adding an extra exterior area to eat or to rest, stands just before the living room and allows direct access (with a private gate) to the big community garden with lawn and trees around 2 beautiful swimming pools (adults and kids).

Cute and very well maintained, this house is completely equipped to host 4- 6 people with complete household appliances, ceiling fans, big closets in both bedrooms, electrical blinds, 2 sun beds, a second television in the main bedroom, electrical barbecue, safety box, cupboards under the staircase, etc … It includes wifi connection and linen ( sheets and towels).
There is no private parking included in this rental although it is easy to park for free in the little street just outside the residence.

It is a small and family residence, having a nice well maintained park with lawn, trees, shaded areas as well as 2 big swimming pools for kids and adults.
This property has a privileged situation in a peaceful area of Cambrils, close walk to the long fine sand beach, pedestrian maritime promenade (+ cycling track) that allows to easily reach Cambrils' more animated centre, with all its facilities, activities and services (restaurants, bakeries, bars, supermarkets, shops, bars, tourist info, etc …) as well as the sailing port and its many tourist activities.
