This holiday home is an ideal destination for those who want to spend their holidays in nature and tranquillity. The farmhouse is located in the Tuscia hills, an area rich in history, nature and art. The farmhouse was built in the nineteenth century in volcanic stone and tuff. In the garden you can enjoy the view and the beautiful pool. Make beautiful trips to the archaeological sites of C'astel d'Asso, San Giovenale, Vulci and the cities of Perugia, Assisi, Todi and Rome . The house consists of 3 independent flats with a large common room, all self-contained (kitchen, toilet, living room, verandas, 6 double bedrooms and sofa beds in the living rooms).

• Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
