You can let your eyes wander over the countryside and its lush greenery - this is what a holiday should look like, especially since you have hardly any neighbours here - you don't disturb and are not disturbed. The outside bathroom and the simple shower by the pool are a blessing during the summer time, when you spend most of your time outside. You can prepare your food in the covered outdoor cult kitchen and take it to the idyllic seating place of stone furniture under a delicate awning. Framed by violet bougainvilleas and the genuine character of the renovated quarry stone house, you can meet here together for all meals, for coffee or a glass of wine in the evening, before retiring for the night.

And rest is exactly what is guaranteed to you and your family and friends in this rustic country house. The bedrooms are divided among the two floors, so there are two white-painted rooms on the ground floor as well as on the upper floor, with either a double bed, a queen bed or two single beds each. A baby cot is available for the smallest guests. The dark wood of the spacious closets and doors creates a beautiful contrast with the otherwise bright whitewashed walls. The quarry stone is visible both in the private rest areas and in the living room downstairs, which underlines the cosiness of this authentic villa very well. On each floor, there is a white-tiled bathtub or shower bath with a maritime decoration border typical of Balearic craftsmanship. Also country-specific is the classic rustic style found in the pleasant open living and dining area with kitchen. The masonry stone is as old as the house itself, giving it a precious touch of nostalgia. In the living room you can make yourself comfortable and relax on the sofa for a cosy TV evening. The room also has a dining table and an open-plan kitchen, separated by a bar, with solid furniture and beautiful details, such as a kitchen compartment for dishes built into the wall. A comfortable fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove and ceramic hob, a large fridge-freezer combination and much more are a matter of course. You will immediately feel that charm of an old farmhouse that offers the most modern conveniences despite its atmosphere filled with originality.

The villa "Son Fumat" is ideal for those who want to experience peace and relaxation on the one hand and, on the other hand, like to explore the area and the villages typical of the island. Es Llombards is an authentic Mallorcan town, although it has a restaurant, local cafes and two bars. The villa is located between the two villages Santanyi and Ses Salines, both of which can be reached quickly. After an eventful excursion day, you will drive to the small, protected bay of Cala Llombards. In addition to a beach bar with snacks and cold drinks, you will find a wide sandy beach and clear, turquoise waters with a shallow entry, which is especially family-friendly.
