The detached rustic stone house on a large, well-kept garden plot has been lovingly restored by the owners down to the smallest detail. The cozy, stylish interior with a fireplace ensures a comfortable living atmosphere. Activities nearby: Fine sandy beaches on the long Versilia coast. Viareggio with an elegant palm promenade with numerous restaurants and shops. Impressive marina. Excursions to Lucca, Pisa and Florence are a must. Visit Carrara with the well-known white marble quarries. Note: The landlord is occasionally present in a part on the ground floor with a terrace, separate entrance and can also use the pool.
