•STRICT RULE: Gate curfew hours is exactly at 10 PM, guards will NOT let you in after curfew. This is for the subdivision safety.
•Villa guide will be sent after booking confirmation. This will provide more information on our house rules and amenities.
•Our pool is not heated.
•We will provide extra mattress for additional guests (fee of Php1000/pax)
•Baby crib + highchair available (only upon request) with fee Php500. Please indicate ages of kids (if any) prior to booking.
•Guests should respect and follow the QUIET HOURS between 10pm-6am as courtesy to the residence. Please note that there is a fine if this is not met.
