Even Florence can easily be reached in just an hour's drive. For those who want to spend a day on the beach, the Versilia coast awaits. In front of the house there is a beautiful terrace equipped with barbecue for outdoor dining, and on one side, on an overhanging terrace, is the swimming pool (11x3, 1.40 m deep) (17/5-27/10). PLEASE NOTE: Check-in is between 4 p.m. and 7.30 p.m. For arrivals between 7.30 and 10.30 p.m. a 35 Euros fee will be applied. Small pets are accepted only (if confirmed by the owner upon confirmation of the booking). Access to the house along 1 km of dirt track road not suitable for sport cars.
