Casa di Plaka is a brand new luxury villa with, located next to the sea at the village of Plaka. It consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room.
On the ground floor there is a dining room for 6 people with a sofa and a flat-screen TV with pay-per-view channels. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric oven, microwave, electric hotplate dishwasher and washing machine.
An outdoor swimming pool is also located on the ground floor next to the kitchen with access from a big opening window door. The swimming pool has also a shower.
The two bedrooms are located on the first floor. The first has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second has two single beds and also en-suite bathroom with a shower. Both of the rooms have sea views. One extra person can sleep on the ground floor at a sofa bed.
