Open space terrace with infinity, heated swimming pool, and a barbecue is located on the ground floor. 2 modern kitchens and luxury designed dining area, spa area, and a laundry room are on the same level.
3 high end designed en-suite bathrooms is on the first floor. One of the bedrooms has a dressing room with an additional sofa bed. Furthermore, 2 bedrooms have an exit onto a terrace with a hot tub. An entertainment room with two TVs, a football table and a sofa are on the same floor.
On the second floor, there is an expansive lobby with lounge chairs and two spacious en-suite bedrooms with a terrace.
Private mooring for boats up to 15 m is in front of this magnificent villa.
