Description

Perhaps it is the secluded lush gardens, the glittering pool or it may be the spectacular facade, but there is something about Villa Nobile that will take your breath away. And isn't that what you wish for on your special Sorrento escape?
Once a noble, private villa owned by the D'Armiento family, this art nouveau holiday home has been renovated in 1983 and now boasts all the modern day amenities you could dream of, yet manages to retain that 'home from home feeling'.
Surrounded by lush green parks, Mediterranean gardens complete with palm trees, subtle art installations and decorative pathways - just walking around the grounds is dreamy. As for the private turquoise swimming pool and generous jacuzzi - fun for all the family. Your own slice of paradise; you'd never dream you're just a 15-minute walk from the bustling coastal town of Sorrento, although the panoramic views of the Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius might suggest otherwise.
Enter Villa Nobile and prepare to be wowed. A sophisticated garden palette permeates through the whole house. Take the living room. Decorated in classic Italian style with chic black and white marble flooring and lime and white-striped sofas alongside green floral ones - it's a striking contrast. Then, in the beautiful contemporary kitchen you'll discover stark white cupboards with obligatory splashes of green in the tiles and accessories.
Leading through to the dining area, find more garden hues but also a Murano glass chandelier and antique dresser. A perfect blend of modernity and tradition, it's a truly inspirational setting for a sumptuous supper. And with waitress and buffet breakfast available on request, why not make the most of your noble villa with this special morning treat.
The nine art nouveau inspired rooms with subtle Moroccan influence, offer lots of options: superior rooms, junior suites, terrace rooms and more - so whatever your group's needs, they're sure to be met.
All that's left to do is explore the local region. The quiet residential town of Sant'Agnello is on your doorstep, but if you take just a 15-minute walk you'll find yourself in the stunning coastal town of Sorrento. Take time to wander around its pretty piazzas and romantic streets seeking out delightful restaurants and bars.
For day trips out - take your pick. With the Amalfi Coast, Capri Island, Naples and Pompei nearby, your only issue this holiday will be choosing between them. We don't envy you...

Looking for a view that demands attention? Vistas that are postcard perfection? You're in luck - there's plenty of them in Campania - the stretch of coastline along the Tyrrhenian Sea in southern Italy.

So, take your time ambling around Sorrento's Baroque and Renaissance centre, shop for limoncello or iconic lemon-motif ceramics, dine at one of the many delightul restaurants and bars, visit a Romanesque Church or just relax, soaking up the seductive coastal atmosphere. For a real show-stopper, head on over to the Amalfi Coast.
As you navigate the 'road of a thousand bends' - surely one of the most picturesque drives you'll ever experience - discover pretty Positano featuring its majolica-tiled church and winding streets bursting with shops and cafes, romantic Ravello producing magnificent mountaintop views and Amalfi with its cluster of whitewashed buildings and lovely piazzas.

Or, for all the culture vultures, why not head to Pompeii or Hercualneum for the day to visit the perfectly-preserved cities, which were engulfed by volcanic ashes when Mount Vesuvius erupted. An epic sight, and the tours are truly fantastic.

Romantic, seductive and cinematic, a trip to this stunning region is one you'll be telling all your friends about for years to come...
