PLEASE NOTE: Our cleaning company has been on a Government assisted cleaning course to ensure that everything is disinfected between each guest staying in the Villa. If COVID 19 affects your stay directly, due to cancellation of flights etc, deposits or any monies paid, can be carried forward to agreed dates, the following year.
Fabulous Villa in Addaya overlooking the marina, set in beautiful gardens with private swimming pool, pool bar and Barbecue area. Two storey villa, comprising three bedrooms, Master with a dressing room, one double and one with two single beds. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. Downstairs is a Lounge, kitchen, garage and covered terraces. The property has a classic feel to it, but benefits from the comforts of a recent build.
The villa comes fully equipped, with air con in all three bedrooms, dressing room and lounge. There are mosquito nets on windows in all bedrooms and kitchen; together with free Wi-Fi. The accommodation is close to a supermarket and local restaurants. There are many beaches on the island and one which is a ten minute ride away, with spectacular views over Arenal Bay. Hiring a car is a must to see the island.
