Solid wall, set in style in a Mediterranean backdrop, in the middle of town: The crimson "Fronto 10" knows what modern comforts a house in a medieval town needs. The terrace, which is accessed by a few steps, is shielded from view by massive stone blocks, so you can feel undisturbed on the sun loungers by the small pool as well as during BBQ evening, despite the surrounding neighbourhood. You can find shade under the overhanging roof and under the large parasol. And those who need a little time to themselves can simply slip behind the dividing wall of the pool and keep the trees company which border the 420 m² large estate towards the rear of the property. Your rental car can be parked right on your doorstep, but you will hardly need it in Sineu: (Almost) everything you need for your holiday happiness is within walking distance, so no-one will need to stick to mineral water while visiting one of the numerous rustic wine cellars.

And if you'd prefer to stay in one evening: Your ground-floor living room – with a large flat-screen TV and stereo system – can be transformed into a bodega in the evening if you turn towards the exposed stone walls and place wine, chorizo, and cheese on the table with the guitar sounds humming in the background. The motto hung above the dining corner adjacent to the small kitchen reads "Enjoy your life" for good reason. This includes a washing machine and dishwasher as well as a relaxing night's sleep: Three air-conditioned, functionally furnished double rooms are available on the top floor, one of them with a bunk bed and one with an en-suite bathroom; even here, unhewn stones are incorporated as decorative elements. Another shared bathroom with a shower as well as a guest WC downstairs and the outdoor shower by the pool complete the refreshing interior.

Sineu, Costitx (with its observatory), Sencelles, Sant Joan, and Lloret de Vistalegre are considered to be the true heart of Mallorca! Whether the axis of the world is really located beneath the church of Sineu's bell tower – as a legend claims – may be questionable. What is true, however, is that the dignified country town offers many things that holidaymakers wish for: Old legends, cultural goods, good restaurants, such as oli Den Pau, which is situated in a mill, and the numerous wine cellars, some of which serve hearty Mallorcan cuisine. On Wednesdays, visitors from all parts of the island flock to the weekly market and livestock market. From the central Sa Plaça, signposts lead to beautiful places such as monasteries, churches, and manor houses. Fields, windmills, olive groves, and vines define the image of the centre of the island, which can also be explored by bike. And if you don't want to miss out on a visit to the ocean: The beaches of Badia d’Alcúdia are just a 25-km drive away...
