A lovely 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom brand-new villa in the heart of Ravello.
It is approx 200 square meters with A/C available in the entire property.
Outside you will enjoy a large terrace with jacuzzi pool/Hot tube and the view on Princess Gardens (and from the gardens you will have some of the best panoramas of the Amalfi Coast).
Parking available at walking distance, at extra charge.
This is a family friendly property.
Shops, restaurants and bars are at short distance, you will be in the center of Ravello. A bus stop and a taxi station are at 5 minutes walk.
Popular attracions like Villa Rufolo (location for the concerts) and Villa Cimbrone (with amazing panoramas) are located at short distance.

►► Living Room and Kitchen.
The living room is comfortable and has a relaxing vibe.
The attached fully stocked kitchen with table and chairs is a cozy space for enjoying a good meal and/or cup of coffee (or better yet, both!).
There are pots, pans, bowls, a strainer, utensils, bakeware, fridge, electric range and oven, microwave, toaster, standard coffee maker, blender, crock pot, a kettle, dishwasher, and more!
We provide salt, pepper, bottled water and even a coffee corner.

►► Bedrooms and Bathrooms.
There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Both bedrooms have a queen size bed.
An extra baby bed is available, on request.
Both bathrooms offer a stand up shower, shampoo, conditioner and body-wash. Than you will find an hair dryer and, of course, we provide fresh towels, wash cloths, cotton balls, cotton swaps and a few extra rolls of toilet paper.

►► Laundry.
There is a washer you may use during your stay. There is also an iron and ironing board.

►► Outdoors.
There is a large terrace with jacuzzi/hot tube that can be used in winter season too. You will find a large table with chairs under a pergola and comfy sunbeds to enjoy some relaxing time.

►► Parking.
There is a private garage located at walking distance, at extra charge.

►► Beach Bar
We run a beach bar in the town of Maiori, with sunbeds and umbrella.
On request you can visit us and enjoy a beach day in Amalfi Coast! :)
