Just 3 minutes from the beach, Villa Aitana gives you panoramic views of the Mediterranean from its three floors. There's plenty of outdoor space, with a covered chill out area beside the pool and a beautiful dining space looking out to sea. You also have a pair of outdoor showers to enjoy.

On the level overlooking the pool, you have a bright dining room, living room and well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, freezer, coffee machine and lots more. There are also two double bedrooms on this floor, which can be converted to twins if needed. Your entertainment needs are taken care of with 200 channels of international TV, a music system and Wi-Fi.

One level up, you have another convertible double bedroom, with its library full of literary classics and its bathroom with bath and shower. That's in addition to the master suite on the same floor, with a queen-size bed, bathroom and dual aspect ocean outlook.

With the Garraf National Park on one side and the Mediterranean on the other, Sitges gets the best of both worlds. Beautiful and a little Bohemian, it's a fun place but keeps it classy. There's much more than beaches to this resort – the Old Town's compact centre is full of great restaurants, bars and shops, as well as museums and art galleries showcasing Catalonian and Spanish art.
Sitges is close enough to Barcelona to make a rewarding city day trip possible – you can get there in around 45 minutes. Sitges regularly hosts fiestas and festivals, including its Carnival Week and the International Film Festival, while the annual Barcelona to Sitges Vintage Car Rally sees early 20th-century vehicles with appropriately attired drivers taking to the roads.

It's with good reason that Sitges is known as the ‘Jewel on the Mediterranean' – positioned between the sea and the Garraf National Park, its location is particularly enviable, and the town's promenade is filled with the grand mansions of those lucky enough to call Sitges home.
The host of the annual Catalonian International Film Festival, as well as its own Carnival Week and the September Grape Harvest Festival to name just a few, Sitges is always ready for a celebration, not that you need to wait for an excuse to have a great time. The pretty Old Town is filled with fine places to eat and cultural curiosities, while the surrounding region has the kind of countryside sports and fitness lovers will love to get to know.
Mild for most of the year, you can usually rely on the sun to be shining, and even in the winter you couldn't call it cold – except in the highlands, where snow arrives in sufficient depth to make skiing a tempting possibility.
