Linney Cottage is a sunny terraced cottage converted from a barn in a collection of cottages in the grounds of Dittisham Court on the hillside in the Devon riverside village of Dittisham. The cottage sleeps five people in a twin and a single on the ground floor with a family bathroom, and a double on the top floor with an en suite bathroom. On the first floor is a sitting room with dining area and French windows to steps down to the garden and a kitchen. Outside is a private enclosed garden with furniture down 11 steps, leading to four acres of communal grounds with lawns and an orchard. In an idyllic spot and with lots to discover in the area, Linney Cottage is a fabulous cottage for a lovely Devon break.

Amenities: Central heating. Microwave, fridge/freezer 70/30, washer-dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for two cars in a reserved parking space. Enclosed garden. One well-behaved medium sized dog welcome, two dogs by arrangement only and a charge will be made accordingly. Property not suitable for large dogs. Sorry no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property. Note: Pets are not permitted during school holidays.
