Description

If an Italian holiday is on your checklist, then this 2-bedroom home in Montelparo is a perfect pick for your family or group of 5. There is a shared swimming pool to cool off on a hot summer day. If you want to enjoy delicious meals, then the restaurants are just steps away. You can enjoy bike rides or hikes in the forest, 100 m away. The town center is 2 km if you wish to buy essentials or enjoy the nightlife. The centrally heated home is full of character with wooden beams and tiled floors. It features an open kitchen apart from a living room with a double sofa bed and fireplace. Kids can take out their energies while playing on the play equipment in the garden. There is a table tennis table for your recreation inside. If you are sporty, then a tennis court and bicycles are available. 1 pet can stay here for a small fee. You can also get a cot by paying an additional charge. Its marvellous view of the "Monti Sibilli" national park and the Adriatic coast, only a two-hour drive away, make it an excellent starting point for visiting the Marche region and getting to know the authentic Italian culture, the various centuries-old villages and the local cuisine. Guests have at their disposal 5 clay tennis courts, one of which is covered, and a synthetic grass court for five-a-side football and tennis, also covered. There is also a swimming pool, mini-golf, riding stables and plenty of mountain bikes to discover the beauty of the rolling hills of the Marche. The beach at Pedaso lies at the foot of Monte Serrone. It is composed of sand and gravel and its sea is interspersed with rocks. In 2013 it was awarded the coveted Blue Flag, a guarantee of clean waters and high quality services. This region boasts 15 DOC wines and 5 DOP foods. For wine lovers, a good starting point would be to visit Offida, a town known for its many wine cellars, or to discover a typical local food such as maccheroncini di Campofilone. There are also numerous outlets within a few kilometres. The nearest motorway is 30 km from the accommodation.
