Nestled in the south of the Mediterranean island, the 2-storey Villa Balda is about 1 hour's drive from Cagliari. With luxurious and modern furnishings, the villahas a living room with dark wooden ceiling beams that create a cosy ambience, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one of them with a double bed and a single bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 7 people. The child-friendly cottage also has air conditioning, a fireplace and satellite TV. Outside you will find a beautiful, 850 m² garden with a covered terrace, balcony furniture and sea views. Here you can spend wonderful hours in the fresh air, end beautiful beach days in the evening with a glass of wine and watch the sky turn a romantic red at sunset. The village of Chia, 1.6 km (or 4 minutes by car) away, offers a variety of restaurants, bars and a supermarket and the beautiful white sand of the beach Spiaggia di Monte Cogoni is just beyond your doorstep - only 200 m or a 2-minute away. Sunbathe here on the warm sand and let the pleasant sea breeze blow around your nose. The capital Cagliari is perfect for a day trip and boasts a variety of shopping, historical and cultural sights.
