Description

The outdoors are really nice and it is divided in different areas. You will be able to swim in the 50 m2 pool and sunbathe in the lawn area of 70 m2. The terrace is the ideal place to organize a BBQ and at the porch you can have a quiet breakfast with your family. There is also a vegetable garden! The finca has space to park up to 6 cars.

This house has an AC living room with a comfy sofa where you can rest and a big dining table to organize your meals. The independent kitchen has everything you might need during your holiday: coffee machine, blender, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, vitro ceramic hob, electric oven, cutlery, kitchen appliances, fridge and a lot more. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house has three bedrooms with a double bed. We can provide you with electric radiators during winter.

The house is located near the road, so it is very easy to access everywhere from there. Pedreguer is a town with a lot to discover. It is perfectly located between the sea and the mountains. You will be able to visit its rich heritage and enjoy its kind people and beautiful landscape. The town has a great leisure offer: sports, exhibitions, music, theatre, dance and a lot more! In Pedraguer there is an important market every Sunday. If you are a sports lover, you are lucky! Montgó Natural Park offers a huge number of routes through an amazing landscape. In Denia, you will find water sports as snorkel, sailing and parasailing. You can also play tennis or golf in La Sella (7 km).
