With the atmosphere of a rustic farmhouse and the comfort and class of a top-tier holiday home, Podere I Fabiani is a best-of-both-worlds retreat with lots of room to lounge and roam. Exceptionally private, but with stunning views, the villa is only 3km away from the gorgeous town of Montenero which is steeped in history and is home to many fine shops and restaurants. The villa’s pool is especially luxurious, encircled by fragrant herb gardens and overlooking the valleys and forests.
The main garden has a beautiful table and chairs in the shade of the trees. Inside, the décor is homely with high ceilings and sturdy exposed wood ceiling beams. The atmosphere is breezy and calm and each of the bedrooms have great views of the Val d’Orcia from the windows. The study is a particular highlight with its hardwood floors and extensive library.

Our Thoughts
With two lounges, multiple garden areas and complete privacy, this villa is utterly perfect for a medium-sized group who want to soak up Tuscan life in peace. The gorgeous medieval town of Montalcino is a half-hour drive from the villa and the views are truly breath-taking.
