Description

House for 6-8 persons: a total of approx. 160 m2, consisting of two parts that are rented exclusively as one unit. The larger house offers about 100 m2 of living space on two floors – on the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining area with air conditioning, sofa set and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a WC. The first floor has two bedrooms with double bed and air conditioning and two bathrooms with shower. The smaller house offers about 60 m2 of living space on two floors – on the ground floor there is a modern eat-in kitchen with sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) and a WC. From the ground floor a staircase leads to the open bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and a bathroom with shower.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 1.
