VILLA SONORA - MAKARSKA
Located close to Makarska in the Dalmatia region of Croatia, Villa Sonora is a lovely modern villa with a private swimming pool and an outdoor jacuzzi. The town centre is within walking distance, with a 2 km long sandy beach and a variety of tourist facilities and restaurants. Split (62 km), Croatia’s second largest city with a rich history and variety of attractions, is ideal for a day trip and there is a ferry terminal in Makarska that allows you explore the nearby islands.
Villa Sonora (385 sqm) develops over three levels.
On the ground floor (with its own separate entrance), you will find a small kitchen, an entertainment/wellness area with a pool table, table football, PlayStation 5 and darts, an infrared sauna with its own bathroom (with shower) and a selection of fitness equipment (including a fitness bike, Orbitrek, a Swedish ladder and an ergometer). On this level there is also one double bedroom (with double bed; 160 x 200 cm) with ensuite bathroom (with shower), one double bedroom (with double bed; 140 x 200 cm) and one bathroom (with shower).
On the first floor, you will find a large living room with a sitting area (with sofas) and a dining area, a study room (with a piano), a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with shower). There is also an outdoor terrace on this level (furnished with tables and chairs).
The remainder of the bedrooms are on the attic floor where you will find one double bedroom (with double bed; 180 x 200 cm) with ensuite bathroom (with tub and shower), two double bedrooms (with double beds; 160 cm x 200 cm) and a shared bathroom (with shower).
Outside, there is a shady terrace with an outdoor dining area and a garden featuring a heated swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas (18 x 5m; depth 1.5m; open when the villa is available for rent), a hot water jacuzzi (for up to 5 people; heated to 35 degrees C) and a children’s playground. There Is also a tavern on-site exclusively for guests where everyone can gather as a group as well as private parking.
