An automatic entrance gate gives access to the property. Here up to 4 cars can be parked comfortably in front of the villa. A terrace and an open inner courtyard take you into the open living and dining area, which is particularly impressive with a lot of natural light due to the high window fronts. The kitchen is equipped with high quality appliances, for social evenings with your friends and family. The living area has a TV with satellite connection and offers access to the terrace to the south and west. A bedroom or study with 2 single beds and a bathroom with toilet and bidet complete the space in this wing of the building.

A light-flooded corridor takes you to the other wing of the building, which has 2 more bedrooms ready for you. One with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a soothing bathtub. The other bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. Special highlights of the villa are the grill in the open courtyard, as well as the large sun terrace on the south side and a spacious garden, ideal for the children to play. The offer is aimed primarily at families or a group of friends with up to 6 people who appreciate the proximity to the Terme di Saturnia, the golf course, the towns of Montemerano and Pitigliano, as well as the surrounding wineries.
