On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom and another bathroom. The Villa is 180 sqm, but you can rent also only a side composed by the living room and the kitchen on the ground floor, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor, 120 sqm for 4 people. In the garden you will find, table, chairs,for your dining 'al fresco' and sunchairs and sunbeds in the pool area. A baby cot and a high chair are availble for our little guests. A caretaker lives in the property, in a separate apartment.
