The Main House includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, each with large thatched-covered balconies, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and spacious mahogany closets, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, an en suite full bathroom, and access to the rooftop, where you can enjoy stunning sunrises, sunsets, and stargazing at night. The second bedroom offers 2 twin beds that can be joined to form a queen-size bed. On the ground level, you'll find an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining room, and living room – all just steps away from the pool, where you can relax with friends and family in complete privacy. The wooden deck and garden area offer plenty of spots to unwind in the sun or shade, making it an ideal space for children or pets to play and explore.
But that's not all! In addition to the Main House, the property includes two Guest Studios in a separate building just across from the pool. The Upper Studio One boasts a large balcony, as well as a rooftop terrace, kitchen, living area, full bathroom, and a loft with a queen-size bed. The Lower Studio Two is on the ground floor and features a bedroom, kitchen, and living area. Both studios offer unique and comfortable accommodations including fully equipped kitchens. To get to and from the rental property, various transportation options are available. Renting a car is the most efficient for travel and time, but you can also arrange for taxis or shuttles. Buses and collectivos, which are located about a mile away on the highway, are another option. Keep in mind, you may need to walk or take a taxi to the property from the highway if using these options. It's recommended to research and compare options beforehand to find the best fit for your needs and budget.

Housekeeping is provided three days per week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays) at no extra charge. Guests can request additional cleaning for a fee of $40 for three extra days, except on Sundays when cleaning is not available. The property also includes pool and garden maintenance several times a week. Smoking is permitted outside, but guests are asked to be cautious around the thatched roofs, especially on windy days. Pets are welcome with responsible owners and a pet deposit. Additionally, two bikes are included free of charge for guest use during their stay.
Please note there is a set of open stairs leading from the balcony of the master bedroom to the rooftop access. Children should be supervised, and the stairs are best suited for agile guests.
The Upper Studio One features a set of steep open stairs to access the bed and rooftop. This unit is best for agile guests and is not recommended for children under 10. Studio Two is safe for children and guests of all abilities, with only two wide porch steps leading to the entrance.
