There is a no-smoking policy inside the villa. Guests may smoke outside around the pool or patio area but are asked to please place cigarette butts in the outside trash can instead of littering on the grounds. No Bachelor or Bachelorette parties are allowed at any time. Please be eco-friendly and turn off all air conditioning units before leaving the villa. Also, do not leave sliding glass doors open while the air conditioning is running inside the villa.
