The cottage extends over 3 levels, featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms; on the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy bedroom with a semi-double bed, a bathroom with jacuzzi shower head; on the 1st floor there is a large and spacious living room with fireplace and 3 couches (the L-shaped couch converts easily to a double bed), a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub; on the 2nd floor there are two bedrooms, one master with a private bathroom and a private balcony, and another one with either 2 singles or 1 double-bed plus a bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub and on the hall between them a fully functional kitchenette (electric hob, small fridge, washing machine, no oven) .
All bathrooms are equipped with glass shower screens and toilet facilities (such as hair dryers) and 2 laundries are located in the ground floor and in the 2nd floor.
The residence additionally has a portable crib, feeding chair, and baby toilet for infants, wi-fi connection, 2 smart TVs with NETFLIX connection & PS3, A/C, boiler and large private parking space while all floors are fully air conditioned.
