There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. The bathroom features a shower, washbasin, and toilet. From the living room, you can step out onto the sunny terrace and into the expansive adjoining garden. The view is stunning, making it the perfect spot to unwind and reflect on a wonderful, long day of vacation.
Surrounded by beautiful nature, you can challenge yourself on the mountain bike trails. Hillebachsee is within walking distance, where you can enjoy water skiing, wakeboarding, surfing, pedal boating, swimming, table tennis, volleyball, and more. In winter, this area is a paradise for snow lovers, offering tobogganing (a toboggan is provided), skiing in Niedersfeld, or the snow-sure slopes of Winterberg, just a 10-minute drive away. Hiking enthusiasts will be drawn to the enchanting Hochheide.
We require a €100 deposit via a SEPA form, which will be sent to you in advance and completed during check-in. This form authorizes us to deduct up to €100 in case of damages. If no deductions are necessary, the SEPA form will automatically expire.
The rental price includes energy costs.
Bed linen, final cleaning, and tourist tax are mandatory and will be detailed on your reservation overview and/or invoice.
Towels, kitchen linens, and children's furniture can be rented separately upon request.
