This villa on 2 levels consists of the main level overlooking the swimming pool with its covered terrace to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings and a large outbuilding at the level of the swimming pool. But the entrances can be made on one level on each of the parts and are completely independent.
You will enter through a large gate where you will have a large space to park (4 cars) and maneuver in peace.
The main level consists of a hallway entrance which leads to a first bedroom with cupboards (2 single beds) on your left with its shower room. In the continuity of the corridor and always on your left you will find a second bedroom (160cm bed) with these cupboards and its shower room with wc. In the hallway and in front of you you will have the large living room, dining room and a large fitted kitchen open to the living room.
This large living space opens directly onto a large covered terrace and gives you access to a second terrace under the shade of a tree slightly below half a floor. Going down another half floor you will be at the edge of the swimming pool. A large beach awaits you with these deckchairs and above all, our favorite place, a large summer lounge in the shade of the vines.
Let's go back inside and take the hallway. It takes you to the right to discover the last bedroom (160cm bed) on this level. It will be on your right and you will find an office space there. A dressing room and its shower room. A guest toilet is located in the hallway as well as a laundry area.
The large outbuilding located on level -1 and at the level of the swimming pool will welcome you in a large living room, dining room and kitchen. You will find a bedroom (140cm) overlooking the swimming pool, a shower room and a separate toilet complete this space.
What about the exteriors, just look at the photos....An unobstructed view, a swimming pool, deckchairs. Everything is there for a wonderful stay.
You will be only 200 meters from the city center of Les Arcs and all these shops and restaurants, everything is accessible on foot.
You will find on your arrival the household linen (sheets, bath towels, swimming pool towels, bath mats), toilet paper, miniature shower gel, kitchen cleaning kit (dishwashing liquid, surface cleaner, detergent, dishwasher tablet and washing machine). laundry).
## Access
All spaces of this villa are for travelers, we will ask tenants on each arrival to take care of the premises.
Love has been put so that you spend your most beautiful holidays so thank you for respecting it.
A deposit of 1000 euros collected will be requested on each arrival and will be returned no later than 48 hours after your departure if no damage or breakage has been observed. In this case, part or all of it may be retained.

The animations are numerous, the most famous of them remaining the Medieval ones. The Sainte Roseline chapel, nestled in the middle of the vines, houses many masterpieces and intimately expresses the devotion of the Provençal people to their Saint.

## Transit
The town is accessible by departmental roads 57 and 91. It is also crossed by national road 7 and the A8 motorway (between the Le Muy exit and the junction with the A57 motorway).
Transport in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur
The town is served by the Transport network in Dracénie (TEDBus) with line 5 (Draguignan - Halte Routière <> Les Arcs - Gare SNCF by Trans-en-Provence); line 9 (Draguignan - Collège Sainte-Marthe <> Vidauban - La Péade via Trans-en-Provence and Les Arcs); and line 13 (La Motte - Schools <> Lorgues - Parking Jean Moulin via Le Muy, Trans-en-Provence, Les Arcs and Taradeau).
The town is also served by the regional public transport network Zou! (formerly Varlib) with lines 2801 (Les Arcs <> Toulon); 4201 (Brignoles <> Draguignan); and 7201 (Les Arcs <> Ste-Maxime <> Le Plan-de-la-Tour); as well as the Regional Express Line 36 (LER36) which connects Marseille Airport, the TGV station of Aix-en-Provence in Le Muy at the Rond-Point Gastinel.
SNCF lines
