Welcome to our wonderful villa located in a quiet area of Bibione at 1250 meters from the beach. This nice villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation.

The villa is built on two levels. On the ground floor you will find a living room with a double sofa-bed, a bathroom with a shower, an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with all the essentials, including a microwave, allowing you to prepare meals, and a porch with a fenced private garden where you can enjoy your time.
On the first floor the villa provides a bedroom with a double bed and a lovely terrace and a second bedroom with two single beds and another bathroom with shower.

For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with air-conditioning, ensuring a cool and pleasant environment during the warmer months.

Wifi access available upon request (paid service).

Uncovered parking space included.

One small pet is allowed: 40 eur per pet/stay to be paid at the agency.

A bicycle rental service is available at the apartment.
