Two wide staircases lead from the secure car parking area inside the gates to the front garden and to the front door.
A hall is opens up to the living area and the smaller breakfast dining room, as well as leading to the first floor via the staircase.
The very large L-shaped living and dining room are extremely well appointed and open via French windows to the front terrace, as well as leading to the fully equipped kitchen. The large kitchen has doors accessing the smaller private dining room and leading to the exterior eating area close to the swimming pool.
There are three bedrooms upstairs, all with sea-views and all leading onto the front balcony that extends the whole front of the house; the Master Bedroom has its own sitting area, dressing area and full bathroom with whirlpool bath. The second and third bedrooms each have their own private bathroom across the corridor.
Off the parking space, in the lower ground floor, you will find the fourth bedroom and private bathroom, which is accessed from this area (there is no interior connection).
This gated and walled villa is set in large grounds and garden and is very private.
