Villa Lipica in the heart of Istria is a magnificent holiday house for 14 people. Spacious and charming, decorated with love, it abounds in many Istrian details. The large garden, swimming pool, jacuzzi, tavern with fireplace, sauna, gym, massage table and many other amenities will delight visitors to this exceptional holiday home. The ground floor has a large living room and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. Wooden stairs lead to a gallery with a biliar and other games for the whole family. The gallery connects 2-bedrooms and living room. The ground floor has 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a double bed, and one triple bedroom, also with a private bathroom. On the left side of the villa there is a separate studio apartment (separate entrance, near the pool), with 2 single beds, two sofa beds and an attached bathroom. Enjoy a beautiful garden with deck chairs, table tennis, a large private pool (with children's section) and an outdoor jacuzzi. Villa Lipica is ideal choise for the perfect family vacation. It is forbidden to book for younger groups of people.
